*Mutual Respect Policy*

Life happens — we totally get it. But to keep things fair for everyone, we ask this:

A card is kept on file when you book.
Need to cancel last minute? No problem — as long as you let us know, there’s no charge.

If you miss your appointment without letting us know (a no-call, no-show), your card will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. Missed appointments mean lost income, and our stylists’ time deserve to be protected — just like yours. Thanks for always showing up for us, we promise to do the same for you!

*Lateness/No-Show*
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule or modify your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We do this to maintain the quality of our services that you have come to know and love. We respect everyone’s time, so this policy is to ensure that we try our best to service you while also remaining punctual for the next client in our schedules. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

*Redo/Refund Policy*
Salon Eight 9 Zero wants you to be 100% in love with your hair! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment for any minor complimentary adjustments. Our team strives to make sure everyone leaves happy, and therefore we do not offer refunds of any kind.
